Mastrangelo on Bamboo

In April of 2008, MI Corp. commissioned local and renowned artist, Francis Mastrangelo, to  develop oil painting to be translated into modern style area rugs.

Eight months later, the first shipment of the Mastrangelo rugs land in the US and take our show rooms by storm.  From the deco modern designs to the twisted complexity of the wool, in more ways than one these are truly a piece of art for the floor.

To the right, Artist Francis Mastrangelo kneels on one of his painting to rug creations, "Bamboo".
